So I heard that if we would only breathe deeper for at least five minutes a day we would be happier and healthier. Really? That's it? I saw Julia Roberts try that in Eat, Pray, Love. I didn't buy it then, and I don't really buy it now. Maybe I have never tried it, because I just don't think it will work.

I am ready to give it a try. Wow!
